工作内容：

Job Duties
1. Provide a technical leadership role for category suppliers and assure technical development to adequately meet category and product source plans. 为现有各类供应商提供技术引导、支持，确保所供零部件满足公司要求；
2. Provide leadership in resolution of quality problems associated with the purchased materials, and logistics and engineering issues. 协调相关方部门、人员，参与解决现有各类供应商所供零部件相关质量问题（包括工程变更原因等）；
3. Provide technical leadership in new supplier selection. Evaluate new supplier’s technological capability to meet required Company design, quality, and material specifications. 负责新供应商开发、选择（参与能力、技术、质量、管理评估），确保后续本地化零部件符合公司产品的设计、质量等要求；
4. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of technological developments and trends for guidance of commodity teams in advancements of design, quality, and manufacturing. Must have a thorough working knowledge of quality initiatives to ensure that Production Part Approval Process/New Job Start Up are completed and approved before new parts are delivered. This includes leadership in APQP activity.引导、配合供应商，通过运用各种TS质量工具，确保所有新开发零部件能按计划通过PPAP，保证新零部件顺利交付；
5. Participate in the development of Supplier metrics and the monthly gathering and distribution of measurements. Resolve problems between supplier and plants, suppliers and engineering personnel, and between facilities. Help resolve delivery related issues, ensuring that material is available to meet production and parts requirements, and aiding plants in critical material shortages. 参与供应商管理、业绩考核，收集、跟踪供应商的月/季/年指标（准时交货等），分析原因，同时制定改善措施；
6. Coordinate with engineering personnel on matters regarding Concurrent Product and Process Development (CPPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), Continues Process Improvement (CPI) teams prove design to production, engineering changes, deviations, supplier designs, specification approvals, and meeting cost reduction goals. 积极配合公司研发团队，就新产品引进、工程更改、设计改进等执行供应商零部件升级；同时配合、支持公司持续的降成本目标。

工作资格：

Job Requirement
1. Requires an engineering or manufacturing background plus familiarity with manufacturing processes used to produce components and assemblies for the Products. 具备工程或机械制造行业背景，熟悉机械零部件生产制造流程；
2. Knowledge of shop operations and maintenance procedures is required.了解大批量机械产品生产的工厂运营流程；
3. Requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or equivalent experience. In addition, a minimum 3 years of job-related experience are required. 大学本科学历，三年以上相关采购、供应商开发工作经验；
4. Good English and personal relations skills are required to develop a cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside of Company. 较好的英语能力（书写及口语），良好的人际关系，善于沟通；
5. Solid ability to use and demonstrate statistical and problem solving tools is required. 具备较好的运用统计方法和解决问题等工具的能力；
6. Familiar with APQP,FMEA,SPC,MSA.PPAP 熟悉，并使用过APQP,FMEA,SPC,MSA.PPAP五大工具。
