Job Responsibility:

1.Equipment:

Carry out the daily maintenance and emergency repair to ensure the equipment run stability.

Implement the preventive maintenance system, according to the plan to finish equipment maintenance regularly.

Develop and contact the qualified suppliers together with purchaser, apply and establish spare parts safety stock.

Implement all necessary measure, set, calibration, adjusting for equipment and instruments, to ensure the better operation state of production line.

Harmonize and organize the supplier to finish some maintenance modification for production equipments, effectively control quality of project.

Provide maintenance operation guidance and technical training for certain operators in shop floor

Monthly equipment data collect.

Maintain equipment, tool or jigs' data in ERP system and can design special tools for special products' requirement in site.

2.Facility:

Responsible for facility in optimum status.

Regularly inspection for facility and constructions (building, road, etc).

Repair and maintain facility according preventive maintenance schedule.

Facility spare parts management.

Facility supplier management.

Contact Gov office (power supply and water supply company).

Analysis to find out opportunities on energy saving

Qualifications:

1.University degree or equivalent required in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

2.Over 2 years operation experience with emphasis on Equipment & Facilities maintenance, preferably in assembly industry.

3.Good oral and written cross-functional communication skills

4.Electric certification should be plus. High electric certification will be good.

5.Good manual practice, can accept the irregular overtime and night-shift if need.

6.Some simple oral or written English skills are preferred.

Position Summary:

Carry out the preventive maintenance according to the plan and emergency repair to ensure the equipment & facility run stability.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Report to Facility Supervisor, work with all the relative departments (mainly value stream autoline) in the plant.

Manage the field of equipment repair & maintenance to ensure the shopfloor equipment run stability

Familiar with operation and maintenance of facility equipment, such as automatic assembly machine, compressor, fire protection system, air-condition, electric power distribution system.
