Job Responsibility:
With the collaboration of sales and marketing staff,always pay attention to industry trends.To provide potential products development direction.

Role as a project coordinator when there's production line to be transferred from oversea,handle the localization of products,equipments and fixtures.Cooperate with foreign departments to ensure timely transfer of on-line production.

To drive the development of customized products,providing feasible options to meet customer needs.Research productivity,cost,provide samples.The role is responsible for coordinating the various departments through to the final status of normal production and shipment.

Provide engineering output with accuracy,correctness and meet to the division standard.Outputs include engineering change requests, product configuration changes,drawings,specifications,and technical reports.

Perform technical work including preparation of design layouts,specifications,engineering investigations, calculations,and failure analysis.

Assist to develop vender of process,material,equipment,and subcontractor.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent required in Manufacturing,Industrial,Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics preferred.
2.3-5 years operation experience with emphasis on manufacturing engineering or design.Must have strong hands-on capabilities to work on projects.
3.Auto CAD,3D software(Pro-E, or Soldworks etc)certificate.
4.Familiar with ISO9001 and TS 16949.
5.Has knowledge of 5tools,familiar with PPAP,FMEA,APQP.
6.Good writing and verbal English,frequently communicate with overseas colleagues.

Performance Evaluation Criteria:
Localization project and new product project follow up,Assessment of facility/parts launching

Position Summary:
Work closely with sales & marketing team,to develop sales range through localization or new products launching.

Responsible for executing activities relating to product design,testing,evaluation,process design,and standardization.These activities include interpretation and implementation of customer specifications and providing support for existing product transfer from oversea.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Report to Operations Manager,effectively coordinated with all the relative departments and functionaries (Marketing,Manufacturing,Sales,Quality,Supply Chain,etc)
