工作任务：
寻找目标客户。
根据客户的需求，推荐相应的产品和服务。
计划，掌控，跟进整个培训/咨询项目的实施和评估。
进行培训/咨询项目的售后服务。

收集，整理，分析培训/咨询行业发展近况与趋势，客户信息，以及竞争对手信息。

任职资格：
具有较好的英语读和写的能力。
至少2年的顾问式销售的工作经验，具有咨询行业的销售经验者优先。
具有较好的销售，市场营销，客户服务的知识和技能。
对培训与发展行业具有强烈的热情。
具有本科及本科以上的学历。英语、人力资源，教育，管理，或者经济学专业的学历的应聘者优先。
Sales Representatives /Sales Consultant

Tasks
Answer customers' questions about products/services, prices, and availability.

Recommend products/services to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products/services, explain product features, and solicit orders.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.

Qualifications
Good English writing and reading skills is preferred.
At least two years experience in consultative selling in China.
Exceptional knowledge and skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Passion in the field of training and development.
A bachelor degree or above is required. A degree related to English, human resource, education, management, and/or economics is preferred.
