职位描述
1.确保进货检验工作的及时性和检验结果的准确性。
Ensure all the inspection are implemented on time and results are valid.
2.协调相关团队确保不良原材料得到快速有效的处理，确保相关纠正和预防措施的制定和落实。
Coordinate related team to make sure all failure material are handled properly and timely, make sure C&P action are made and implemented
3.就产品不良投诉供应商，要求、跟踪必要时指导供应商进行原因分析并采取纠正和预防措施。
Complain supplier regarding to specific material failure, require, follow up and instruct supplier if needed to analyze root cause and take C&P action.
4.通过实施系统性的管理，提高供应商过程质量水平，降低质量成本。
Improve supplier quality level and reduce quality cost by systematic method implementation.
5.确保相关质量数据和KPI数据的及时性和有效性。
Ensure related quality data and KPI are maintained timely and ensure its validity.
6.评价供应商质量表现并推动跟踪和指导供应商持续改进。
Evaluate supplier quality performance and push supplier for continuous improvement.
7.向供应商宣贯公司相关质量技术标准，通过系统性管理提高供应商质量意识。
Communicate with supplier on Quality&technical standard, improve supplier quality awareness by systematic way.
8.向供应商宣贯公司相关环境、安全和社会责任等要求，根据实际情况推动供应商进行改进。
Communicate with supplier on related environment, safety and social responsibility requirement, push supplier to improve according to real situation.
9.支持新项目供应商样品的验证
Support new project for sample product verification.
10.和相关部门合作持续改进工作流程，工具和方法，制定和修改SOP.
Ensure all measuring tools are valid.Continuous improvement on process, tool and method, issue and update SOP when needed.
任职要求Requirements:
1.机械类专业本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above, major in Machinery.
2.良好的英文口语和书面应用
Good command of oral and written English skills
3.熟练掌握MS office 软件，word, excel, powerpoint.
Be familiar with MS office，word, excel, powerpoint.
4.至少5年以上质量控制管理方面工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验，丰富的ISO9001体系审核经验,良好的中小规模供应商管理经验, 熟悉铸造，机加工，电机等制程和产品为佳。
Minimum 5 years’ experience of supplier quality management, more than 3 years’ experience of team leader, rich experience of ISO9001 system and audit, good experience of medium/small size supplier management and other quality method.
Others/其它要求:
1.善于团队合作，良好的沟通，组织和协调能力。
Be good at team work and have strong skills of communication ,organizing and coordination.
2.需要短期出差。
Short term travel to supplier site is needed.
