We are seeking a senior R&D manager in SoC design with project leadership experience ,you must be familiar with the standard ASIC design flow, FPGAs, SoC architecture, and have competence in one or several of the following areas:

- ARM and AMBA
- embedded software
- multimedia applications,
- industrial control,
- mobile phone applications,
- solid state disks,
- or similar application domains.

- MSc degree with more than 6 years' experience or PhD degree with more than 3 years' experience

   无锡美森微电子科技有限公司在无锡市政府和复旦大学无锡研究院的支持下于2012年 3月成立。基于团队12年的研发成果, 即片上网络On-chip Communication和 存储器管理架构DME(Data management Engine), 面向众核/多核SOC,提供通用/高效/可扩展的存储器管理架构和系统互连的解决方案。
   公司团队是系统互联与片上内存构架方面国际上最知名的团队之一，是On-chip Communication技术的发起人和领跑者。经过12年的潜心研究，团队掌握并拥有了面向多核、众核系统的系统互联与内存构架的系列技术和IP，包含了算法、代码、版图、工具等。核心技术包括（1）用于片上内存管理的微代码可编程（micro programmable）数据管理引擎（Data Management Engine - DME）；（2）用于高性能、低功耗SoC系统互联网络的On-chip Communication。核心技术已申请专利保护。意法半导体与华为也对技术进行了评估与合作研发，并将支持团队推进技术的产业化进程。

   集成电路技术的迅猛发展使得在单颗芯片上能够集成大量的计算和存储资源。微处理器的系统架构也逐渐由基于总线的单核或少量多核结构发展到基于片上网络的大量多核结构。半导体技术蓝图组织的数据显示，片内存储器占据芯片的面积已经由过去10年的20%增加到如今的85%，并预测应用需求的推动使得片内存储器的容量和面积还会继续增加。处理器速度和存储器容量快速增长的同时，访存速度的提高却非常缓慢，二者之间速度发展的不均衡性造成了著名的“存储墙”问题。
