Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for motor control algorithm development and software realization conform to product requirements, customer specifications, standards and development process；
2. Responsible for definition of motor control MCU/DSP/ARM and software architecture;

3. Work actively on the motor system integration, verification and optimization;

4. Consultation and cooperation in development of documents for detailed design；

5. Liaise with the hardware development team to resolve any problems.

6. Take responsibility or guide other engineer for cost down project or module local sourcing.

Qualifications:

1. Master or above, majored in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechanical etc. Specialty in motor control engineering is preferred;
2. At least five years working experiences in motor control algorithm;
3. Strong technical background in motor theory, vector control, power electronic system modeling and control methodology, and experiences in automation engineering is a plus;
4. Familiar with Matlab ,Motor theory, IM or PMSM motor vector control implementation experiences; control theory; C/Assembly Language; MCU/DSP/ARM program.
5. Unlimited thinking; Initiative; Coaching Mentoring; Analytics;

6. Software Engineering;

7. Basic hardware knowledge is a plus, e.g. CPU, digital circuit;

8. Familiar with CAN2.0, Modbus, etc.

9. Fluent English in oral and written.
