此岗位需要有实验室设备销售的相关工作经验
Summary:
This position provides a senior level of regional sales leadership, guidance and sales support for assigned products, businesses, or strategic initiative. This person will promote a culture of world class services and products for customer satisfaction through value-add selling orientated involvement. This position primarily provides product solution and introduction to customer and agent, and increase brand influence in the region, assist market analysis and marketing initiatives in the region and customer relationship management.

Scope:
This is a self-starter position that needs little to no supervision on a day to day basis and can act as the liaison between company and customers in support of product, service, and customer related initiatives. Under direction, participates in, and may lead projects of medium scope and complexity which have little prior definition, and effectively teams with functional experts to leverage resources. This position does not always require having direct reports, but may include depends on business needs. Possible to be involved in agent management as well.

Essential Functions:
Individual must be able to travel domestically and internationally, and will be responsible for the following:
? Understand market situation including market trends, competition in the region
? Aggressively promote brand influence through various ways such as technical seminars, customer visit and other conferences.
? Identify key accounts in the region, maintain and increase key account selling.
? Effectively generate quotations, solutions according to customer needs in given time.
? Actively customer visit and deliver company/product introduction to customer
? Support regional marketing initiatives including seminars and road shows, customer invitations
? Customer relationship management responsibility and act as point of contact in the region
? Provide product and sales training to local agent
? Provide sales support to agent.
? Responsible for account receivable via co-work with finance department
? Provide customer feedback to company and act aggressively to resolve customer issues.
? Support responsibility in related to agent development including searching and evaluation.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Typically 5-8 years experience in an instrument sales/service function. Demonstrate knowledge of lab equipment, Material science experience, and sales experience. Apply strong knowledge of metrology, material testing standards and procedures. Familiarity with Auto, heat treatment and primary metal desired.
? BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
? Material science background preferred
? English fluency preferred
