职责和权限/Responsibilities and Authorities

1. 跟踪生产部生产计划的完成情况，并及时将相关信息反馈给客服专员或销售部。

Keep track of the completion situation of the production plan, and give timely feedback to CS or sales.

2. 根据销售订单或预测和实际库存采购型材和关键部件，并根据包装材料实际用量订购包装材料。

Purchase profile and key parts according to the sales order/forecast and actual inventory. Make out procurement plan of packing material based on the actual consumption of packing material.

3. 跟踪型材供应商和电镀厂的出货情况。

Keep track of the delivery of profile suppliers and plating suppliers.

4. 与外发供应商沟通产品的生产情况，并在必要情况下调整产品的生产顺序。

Communicate the production situation with outsourcing suppliers and if needed change the production sequence of different kinds of products.

4. 在主管的带领下对本岗位的运营活动进行环境因素识别

Identify environmental factors for the operational activities of the post under the leadership of the supervisor.

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求knowledge and skills

★了解生产工艺和生产流程，有物料控制方面的专业知识。

Understand production process and production procedure. Have professional knowledge on material control.

★懂生产计划编制，并能够根据实际情况做相应的调整。

Understand how to work out a production plan and be able to adjust it according to the real situation.

★有使用ERP 系统的经验。

Have experience in using ERP.

★熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，特别是EXCEL。

Be proficient in using Microsoft office software, especially Excel.

4. 经验Experience

★3 年以上计划员工作经验。

Over 3 years experience as a planner

5. 个人素质Personality

★为人正直、诚实。具有强烈的责任心，具备团队合作精神，能在压力下工作，工作态度积极，能够高效率地工作。工作耐心细致。
