Pricing Specialist（Shanghai)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and execution of effective pricing strategy;

• Focus on driving local demand creation pricing support in Assigned Acct and Mass Market customers;
  
• Formulate and execution of tactical pricing strategy to accelerate winning sockets:

• Maximize winning at the optimal value of the best suitable product ;
  
• Collaboration with Asia/Local BD for products drive and special programs;

• Develop business relationships with customers, Sales & BU；
  
• Negotiate quarterly, bi-annual or annual pricing agreements
  
• Develop and execute PA strategies in alignment with Sales and BU
  
• Participate in PA engagements for Asia key accounts and end customers fulfilled through distributions;
  
• Provide feedback on price engagements to WW Products & Pricing teams by collecting market intelligence and competitive business strategies;
  
• Driving competitors socket replacement;
  
• Drive customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective price quoting to Sales and distributors;

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Marketing
  
• Team player with good interpersonal skill-set
  
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
