职位描述
Job Description
1.design novel power device products.
2.Perform simulation of process and device to determine power device process requirements and to predict device performance characteristics.
3.Perform benchmarking of novel power device structures with the best in that class and with performance target set by internal/external customer.
4.Provide full critical process specifications necessary for manufacturing new power device products with acceptable yields.
5.Support power technology development activities through analysis of device structures and electrical behavior.
Qualification
1.Microelectronics major is preferable;
2.Bachelor/MS/PHD, while MS/PDH is preferable;
3.Solid semiconductor physics knowledge;
4.Experience with 20~50V trench gate VDMOS design
