职位描述:

1.Examine and trial running new equipment for 2nd operation,Work out checklists with prodecure how to start and implement new machines, process etc..and work out an sutible working place and work flow. 2.Implement new process, machines, equipment accordingly and workout the CPK figure for 2nd operation toolings and others.
执行新的工艺、设备、机器，完成二次加工所需的辅助工具及其他相关事宜。
3.Train the relevant staff about new and exitsting machines to improve their skills.培训相关员工以提高操作现有生产设备及新设技备的能力。
4.Work out the maintenance plan for the equipment, electrical appliance and facility of 2nd operation and implement it well.
制订二次加工的设备、电器及工具的保养计划并实施。
5.Find out malfunction problems, revise maintenance plan and execute the plan to ensure equipment running safely
查出故障，修正保养计划并执行以确保设备安全运行。
6.Find out and analyze malfunction problems, repair the equipments, summarize the problems and put forward improvement suggestions, provide training for related people
查出故障并分析原因，维修设备，总结问题并提出改善建议，培训相关人员。
7.Raise proposal and methods to the new machines and the reformation of old equipment, keep good relationship to the outer contractor
针对购买新机器提出建议及方法，革新旧设备。
Solve problems in the 2nd operation processes to improve work efficiency。
解决二次加工中的问题以提高工作效率。
8.Conduct production plan & find solutions for 2nd op acc. customer requirement.
执行生产计划，根据客户需求寻求二次加工的技术解决方案。
9.Other tasks by production manager
生产经理安排的其他工作。

任职要求
1.College graduate or above
专科或以上
2.Have CNC knowledge and CNC experience,such as operate CNC machine, maintenance CNC equipment, write CNC program.
熟练掌握并运用CNC知识：会操作CNC机器、会维修CNC设备、会CNC编程。
3,Be good at read and write English
良好的英语读写能力
4.At least 3 years working experience,plastic industry worked as IE
至少3年工作经验，塑料行业IE工作经验者优先；
5.Be good at usual softwares, such as Auto CAD and Office
熟练操作Auto CAD及Office软件
