Responsibility:

1. Assist HR department for daily work;
2. Responsible for working attendance record; employee files preparation;
3. Update employee database and do monthly report;
4. Place and maintain recruitment advertisement in website;
5. Arrange interview and coordinate with candidates;
6. Complete the training record and to manage the document keep;
7. Help organize company activities;
8. Other tasks arranged by supervisor.

Requirement:

1. Junior or senior University students with major in Human Resources, business management, English or other related fields.
2. Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
3. Balanced and can work under pressure
4. Good interpersonal skills, disciplined, attention to details, well organized
5. Strict confidentiality and integrity;
6. Team spirit
