In order to support our China business growth we are looking for talents to work in new WOFE plant which is located in惠山经济开发区风电科技产业园风能路33号.

Report to: Material Planning & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Review packaging portfolio and develop standard specifications
2. Ensure all packaging is within ergonomic guidelines
3. Develop packaging to optimise freight utilisation
4. Perform special research or technical studies critical to logistic support functions
5. Establish standard times for all implemented material handling systems
6. Monitor & develop action plans to optimise
7. Ensure all systems are running at 95%+ utilisation
8. Compiles data on standardization and interchange-ability of parts to expedite logistics activities
9. Design Material flow process for new facilities
10. Review & standardize Material Flow on existing facilities
11. Review, develop and recommend appropriate processes for all facets of the supply chain / logistics business

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Logistics/Engineering/Manufacturing or related discipline

Experience
1. Approximately 5+ years experience in an Engineering and/or Manufacturing logistics position within the automotive industry
2. Extensive experience in expediting materials in a computerised inventory operation
3. Proven experience in a "Just In Time" and “Lean” environment, preferably in the Automotive Industry
4. Desirable - experience in working with OEMs and Supplier base
5. Experience with 3PL’s
6. Understanding of lean concepts and proven experience in the application thereof
7. Proven customer service orientation
8. Project management experience on small to medium projects

Skills & Knowledge
1. Knowledge of MS Office suite to intermediate level
2. Well developed analytical skills, with a high attention to detail
3. Well developed verbal and written communication skills
4. Work safe and quality systems relating to logistics
5. Well developed analytical skills, with a high attention to detail
6. Well developed verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within a customer and supplier etc
