职位描述
基本技能：
1. 熟练使用 windows， office 软件，英语四级
2. 熟练使用Pro-e, CAD等制图软件，有钣金生产，冲压等经验，最好对电气电路有一定更了解
3. 流程控制，WI/SOP制定
4. 对模具设计制造有一定经验，Plastic & Die Cast，产品包装，运输规范设计
–Receive all information (BOM, ECN, drawings) from Designer (Internal project) & Project Manager (External project) and move it to Server
–Maintenance DB from DE, hold a meeting to understand DB and ensure DFM/DRF feedback to DE/Customer and record on NPD folder.(Manufacture feasibility study internal).
–Responsible to oversee purchase log and FA activities are on schedule
–Responsible to building assembly of product and conducting evaluation
–Responsible for have Prototype Submission Sign-off sheet items complete and scan to NPD folder. Prepare SRF for shipping team and supply Tracking number to PM
–Kick off tooling/fixture/roll forming and share this information on weekly ECN meeting.
–Responsible to apply CIS P/N for raw material and package/label layout accomplishment.
–Responsible for Tooling/fixture and Roll Forming tracking to ensure all parts pass FAI/PPAP to catch up schedule before production.
–Update packing information to DE to create production BOM
–Responsible for organize and handing-over from trial run to production successful.
–Responsible to maintain & ensure production BOM and drawings revision are the latest upon receiving them from Doc Control, and distribute them to the affected depts.(DE/OP/NPD/QA)
–Responsible for update Master tracker weekly to Project Manager on every Wednesday before NPD internal weekly meeting.
–Call weekly ECN meeting with related depts,monitor the execution and ensure closure of the ECN, tracking the ECN activities and update ECN meeting minutes weekly
–Product test and package test evaluate through overall development cycle.
–Have responsibility to support other team members and work as a team player.
–Involved all project activities during overall development cycle
–Highlight things what hold project going forward, report to Project Manager
–Responsible to the task what Project Manager distribute
–Responsible to check database to actual piece parts, figure out problems and troubleshooting
–Responsible to building assembly of product and have Prototype Submission Sign-off sheet items complete
–Responsible for DFA to ensure stability and manufacturability
–Responsible to push to have fixtures works well for assembly trial run
–Responsible for record down process/assembly issues into the assembly issue list and work with team to determine countermeasure (temporary & permanent)
–Responsible for organize assembly trial run
–Responsible for consolidate and update assembly issue tracker after trial run
–Responsible for setting up the new production line and fabrication activities
–Responsible for PMP,FMEA, flow chart, assy WIs documentations and issue it to production
–Responsible for ensuring the operators are well trained for the performing the task
–Responsible for fixture test and adjust on assembly line.
–Support production in issue solving on production line and process continuously improvement
–Update documents when have changing happened to product
–Have responsibility to support other team members and work as a team player.
–Highlight things what hold project going forward, report to Project Manager
–Responsible to the task what Project Manager distribute

–Responsible to oversee mold modification ,mold assembly and mold test
–Responsible for initiating and implementing mold design standard and improvement
