工作职责(Duties and Responsibilities):

1. Managing PSM projects for outsource business

a. Managing sourcing team

1. Work arranging of sourcing engineers according to company process

2. Performance review of sourcing engineer

3. Training and improving of sourcing engineer

b. Daily review the quote of sourcing engineer

1. Review the drawing and advise the supplier

2. Discuss the process with sourcing engineer and suppliers

3. Cost and lead time review

c. Daily review of samples process

1. Review the schedule of samples

2. Discuss the quality issue of samples with sourcing/SQE/suppliers

3. Communicate with sales on samples status

2. Manage Approved Vendor List (AVL)

a. Identify and develop key suppliers for outsourcing business

b. Approve the recommended suppliers from sourcing engineer

c. Review the supplier information and capability.

1. On site audit the supplier.

d. Maintain supplier data base in server.

3. New product and project development of outsourcing parts

a. Review the all specification with sales/sourcing engineer

b. Follow up the RFQ/RFS process

c. Review the schedule of product/project development

d. On site review with the suppliers

e. Communicating with sales/R&D relation department

f. Ensure project’s samples and first order is done right before handing over to supplier management team.

4. Any related assignment tasked by manager.

岗位要求(Qualifications and Requirements)：

- Must be university graduate (preferable with Mechanical or Machinery background) and is able to speak and write good English

- Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience must be from fastener background. Prefer with 2 -3 years supervisory or management experience.

- Must be able to read mechanical drawing.

- Raw material knowledge a plus.

- Experience in purchasing precision bar turned brass, stainless steel, steel parts for electronic and automotive industry is highly preferred.

- Experience in purchasing high tensile fasteners for automotive industry is highly preferred.

- Experience in sourcing heat treatment and plating/finishing to automotive standard is highly preferred.

- Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QS9000/TS16949 is a must.
