This position is based in 惠山经济开发区风电科技产业园

Direct report to: HR & Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the training needs and work out annual training plan
2. Implement the training plan, follow up and summarize training and analyze training effect to find out problems and make continuous improvement
3. Make training records and design evaluation system based on training target.
4. Organize internal and external training resources, select external training company and get good relationship with them and share value information with them.
5. Control and meet the training budget
6. Work out and implement annual recruitment plan to meet business targets
7. Manage recruitment channels, including head hunter, labor agency, and job fair etc. in order to meet vast recruiting demand
8. Screen the resumes, arrange and attend interviews and consolidate assessment results
9. Make interview records, and evaluate the channel effectiveness
10. Establish long-term relationships with talents and maintain talents resource database
11. Other works assigned by the manager

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 4+ years HR working experience in multinational company, familiar with manufacturing environment
3. Abundant recruiting and training experience in person
4. Good communication skill
5. Good English skill
6. Able to work in a challenging fast-growing working environment.
