SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
This position will support the Buehler China sales team of the work of administration, order handling and logistic of goods.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1、All logistics of sales/service/inventory control, including but not limited to reviewing and finalizing of contracts/purchase orders initialized by Buehler China sales force according to rules and regulations set forth by the direct manager so that the orders’ format/terms can be accepted and handled by Buehler factories;

2、Follow-up on all orders internally (within Buehler) and externally from placing orders, through ensuring timely deliveries to successful payments from customers;

3、Internal and external document processing/maintenance;

4、Support sales staff with their requests on progress of individual sales cases;

5、Support other functions when it’s needed;

6、Handle and control the inventory of the spare parts for warranty equipments;

7、Do the utmost to make the process of sales contracts be satisfied with Buehler and the customers from the start to the end of the project;

8、Maintain and update of the CRM system with the right information collected from sales force, as well as from the leads generated through various marketing channels;

9、General office work including filing, mailing, packing, stock-counting, liaising in/out shipments related to sales orders if necessary, products, spare parts, correspondences writing, translating, etc. and office administration work；

10、Representing Buehler to answer company telephone lines and hotlines in a sensible and polite manner and to divert calls to relative personnel and parties concerned as advised by the direct superiors or the National Sales Manager；

REQUIREMENTS：
University or College graduate.
Preferable to have education in international trade, commercial transactions and customs regulations
2～3 years working experience in the position of customer service preferable
Fluent written English
Comprehensive experience in using Microsoft Office
