主要职责：
1.To provide efficient technical support to regional product requests and summarize FAQs.
针对区域内的产品提供有效的技术支持，并对FAQ进行汇总整理。
2.To well understand the YORK factory’s engineering capability, general product strategy and competition information, work close with the sales team and product engineering to approach a competitive solution by understanding the general product strategy and competition information.
在了解工厂设计制造能力、地区性的产品战略和竞争的前提下，密切联系销售团队和产品设计团队，提供具有竞争性的解决方案，包括设备选型及非标价格确认等。
3.To participate technical negotiation meeting with customer per project requirement. And most important is to organize engineering and manufacturing teams to satisfy customer’s special requirements.
按照项目要求直接参予客户的技术谈判和技术澄清，并能组织设计和制造团队协同完成特殊技术要求。
4.To communicate with sub-vendor (steam turbine) for reasonable technical proposal and quotation in accordance with project requirements.
按照项目技术要求联系主要供应商（如蒸汽轮机）以获取技术资料和报价，并能对其合理性进行判断。
5.To work closely with global application teams to share any update applications information and get valuable suggestions/recommendations.
密切联系JCI全球的其他产品应用团队，分享最新的应用信息以及获得有价值的建议和解决方案。
6.To provide valuable inputs on product development and standardization through the view of marketing applications.
参与产品的技术革新和标准化工作，从市场应用的角度提供有价值的意见和建议。
7.To work with specific product managers to deliver technical trainings on product applications for sales or customers in regional territory.
与产品经理共同完成对销售团队或客户的应用类技术培训。
8.To develop regional products application literatures, manuals and any required tools.
完善产品应用推广的资料，手册和其他需要的工具。
9.To assist brand promotion by participating related industry organization (CRAA etc) and technical committees.
参加区域内的行业协会或研讨会，促进品牌推广工作。
10.Compliance with company ethics policy and other regulations and related quality policy.
遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求。
11.To ensure a safe and clean working environment, and implement the company policies on safety and environmental-protection.
执行公司的安全卫生环保管理制度；对功能块的危险源进行辨识和环境因素的识别、评价和更新，并负责监督目标和管理方案的有效实施。

任职条件:
1.Education学历：
Bachelor Degree in HVAC&R, and M.E. is a plus本科及以上学历，制冷/空调专业
2.Working Experience工作经验：
Min. 3 years experiences in HVAC or industry refrigeratio, 5 years preferred.
3年以上相关行业任职经验，5年以上最优。
3.Skill and Competence 能力和技能：
-Good understanding on cooling/heating products of LTS line, as well as technology and applications
对LTS冷水机组和热泵机组的技术和应用有良好的理解和掌握
-Good communication and persuasion skill
良好的沟通能力和影响能力
-Good understanding on costing and pricing control
对成本和价格的控制有良好的认识
-Well organized and self driven
计划性强，自驱性强
-Collaboration with others
良好的合作能力
-Good command of English language
熟练的英语听说读写能力
-Be comfortable on travel requests (30% of working time)
