Job Discription:
1.Organize, supervise and check the production run, to complete production tasks
2.Provide solutions for the production process, machines and equipment on a variety of more complex and unusual problems
3.The development and implementation of inventory planning and production cost control plans;
4.Comprehensive assessment of the annual production tasks, development, production monthly plans;
5.Guide the assembly process to complete production lines and product debug;
6.Responsible for dept. external contact with accounting Quality supervisor, environment bureau and etc.;
7.According to the production process and technical requirements for processing to determine the qualifications, work steps, assign tasks;
8.Establish and improve production safety regulations, working instruction and etc.;
9.Training Dept. employee for machine operation and maintenance;
10.Investigate in equipments improvement, cost down and provide the data to company leader;
11.Manage, train and supervise employees of this dept. in a productive matter to ensure the flawless functioning of the dept.
12.Other tasks appointed by Dept. leader;
13.Attend finance continuing education and training on regular bases.

Job Requirement:
1.Production management experience of five years and above
2.Good at English or German listening, speaking and writing;
3.Good at operate skill of computer;
4.Good professional moral and team work spirit.
