Responsibility

1.According to company quality standards, monitor whole process of production (claims, return, monitor, analysis, compensation, ect)

2.Issue or optimize company quality inspection rules and quality standards, product information sheet, and production process.

3.Dealing with the customer claims, according to standards to offer the report and corrective actions

4.Based on the quality issues, cooperate with relative departments to handle in time

5.Following and recording all corrective quality measures and offer ideas for optimization

6.Organize training on quality control and process control avoiding quality issues in dead or flow out

7.Be responsible to check, inspect, prevent and optimize the implement action of corrective actions

8.Collect all data TC analyze and make graphic chart on quality status monthly

9.Cooperate with manager to work out ISO standards and annual ISO verification procedures

10.Direct report to General Manager

Qualification:

1.Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking

2.Above college degree, PCB or ET background, good communication in English

3.2-5 years quality management experience

4.In depth knowledge in ISO standards and PCB specifications

5.Good leading, management, training, communicating, analyzing and executing capability
