Manage the test fixtures for TrelleborgVibracoustic Technical Center Asia – This position is in the Test Lab Team, under the responsibility of the Test Lab manager

管理和设计特瑞堡亚洲技术中心的试验夹具—这个职位在试验室，向试验室经理汇报工作

Complete the test fixture design by CAD for measurements and durability tests and communicate frequently with the project engineers to establish their needs according the customers test procedures and the projects timing plans.和项目工程师沟通，利用三维软件设计测量和耐久试验夹具，满足客户的试验要求和项目的时间计划。

Lead the manufacturing of test fixtures: negotiate the manufacturing schedule with the internal tooling room and the subcontractors to reach the test lab and the project timing plans. Communicate frequently with the Engineering Purchaser and the manufacturers.跟踪试验夹具的制造进度，经常和工程采购、公司内部工模具车间和外部供应商沟通，满足试验计划和项目时间计划。

Complete the assembly on the test benches and the training of Test Technicians for the commissioning of each new test fixture. 完成新夹具在试验台上的装配，并培训试验技术员完成首次试验。

Manage the repairing of damaged test fixtures with a high reactivity level with Wuxi tooling room and subcontractors快速反应，和公司内部工模具车间和外部供应商一起修复损坏的试验夹具。

Manage his work and his priorities according the Products Engineers and test lab needs. Generate his job list and his own timing plan and ensure a regular review with the Project Engineer, the Test Lab Manager and the manufacturers根据项目和试验计划，生成自己的工作清单和时间计划，并且和项目工程师、试验室经理以及制造商定期回顾试验夹具的设计和制造状态。

Manage the test fixtures realization for India and Korea test request. The relations with TCs and plants abroad are lead directly by the Test Lab Manager在试验室经理的主导下，根据印度和韩国的试验要求设计试验夹具。

Comply with TrelleborgVibracoustic CAD rules, under responsibility of TC Asia CAD manager.遵守特瑞堡威巴克计算机辅助设计的设计准则。

Manage the test fixtures. Define the location and improve the data base for all test fixtures. 管理实验夹具，定置定位，不断更新夹具库资料。

- Apply TrelleborgVibracoustic standards for the test fixture design and communicate with test fixture designers in TC EU and TC US about these standards. The relations with others TCs are lead directly by the Test Lab Manager.
