To support our ongoing expansion in China, we are looking for a dynamic engineering professional to join the team as:

Position : Senior Manager (Ferrite Cores)

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will report to the Global Purchasing Director (with dotted line to R&D Head) and will be closely involved in Sourcing and Supplier Management activities focussed on Ferrite Cores. Specific responsibilities include:

? Identify and qualify suitable suppliers of Ferrite Cores in China, including Sample Qualification
? Oversee manufacturing processes of suppliers in China
? Conduct periodic Quality checks
? Ensure that products meet high Quality and Reliability standards
? Supplier Capability Development through Engineering Support

Requirements

? Engineering Degree (Electronics/Materials) from a reputed university
? About 10 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or Procurement of Magnetic Components/Ferrite Cores
? Hands-on Experience in Magnetic Product Measurement Curves
? Knowledge of local Supply Base for Magnetic Components
? Ability to work independently and remotely
? Exposure to working with US/European MNCs preferred
? Willing to travel – both within China and overseas, as required
? Excellent communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English
