职责

Responsibilities

1. 负责日常领料、发料及补料工作，确保生产线不停顿。

Be responsible for receiving, distributing and supplementing material to ensure production lines run at full capacity.

2. 填写物料领用记录，保证数据的准确性。

Fill in material requisitions in time and ensure data accuracy of various reports.

3. 不良物料处理，包括物料分类整理与退料。

Be responsible for defective material disposal including classification and return of material.

4. 各类物料单据的整理与保管，如领料单与发料单。

Collect and archive various material documents, e.g. material requisitions and disbursement lists.

5. 物料的定期与不定期盘点。

Assist production planner on cycle count on production site.

6. 车间物料区域5S整理。保证物料先进先出。

Conduct 5S and FIFO in material area.

★物流专业 Logistic

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills

★熟悉仓库管理流程。

Be familiar with store management procedures.

★熟练运用Word、Excel等办公软件。

Skilled in using Microsoft office, such as Word, Excel etc.

★拥有叉车证。Have a forklift license

◆接受过5S、看板和ISO9001的培训，掌握精益生产的基本理论。

Have received training of 5S, Kanban and ISO9001 and command of basic knowledge of Lean Production

4 经验 Experience

★2年以上物料、库管工作经验。

Over 2 years experience as a material handler or warehouse keeper.

5. 个人素质 Personality

★具有强烈的责任心，具备团队管理能力和良好的沟通、协调能力，具备团队合作精神，能在压力下工作，工作态度积极，能够高效率地工作，有创新能力和解决冲突的能力。

Have a strong sense of responsibilities; be able to manage a team; good communication and coordination skill; team player; be able to work under pressure; proactive and high efficient; have the capability of innovation and be able to resolve conflicts.

Sapa Extrusion (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.　was established on March 8, 2003 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sapa Group Sweden.Sapa Profiles (Shanghai) was put into trial production in October 2003 and entered normal production in March 2004.
