-Check and supervise the external warehouse operation in each place 检查和监督外仓的运营
-Report and improve the external-warehouse operation according to the instructions 根据指示,汇报和提高外仓的运作
-Follow-up the implementation of the correctiveactions in each warehouse 跟踪每个仓库的执行和纠正措施
-Report and solve the issues raised in each warehouse timely 及时汇报和解决每个仓库的问题
-Collecting the monthly inventory information of each warehouse per the request 收集每个月仓库的库存信息
-Report and analysis the inventory discrepancy and take actions to improve 分析库存情况,并采取行动
-Dispose the defective parts in each external warehouse timely 及时处理各个外仓有缺陷的产品
-Work with team to set-up reasonable inventory level of each product for the customer 同其他成员一起建立合理的库存水平
-Performance evaluation of each logistics company 考核每个物流公司
