职责和权限/Responsibilities and Authorities

1. 跟踪生产部生产计划的完成情况，并及时将相关信息反馈给主计划员。

Keep track of the completion situation of the daily output, and check with master planner timely.

2. 根据主计划的需求，并根据机台的实际情况制定机台计划和人员需求。

Work out machine plan and labor demand according to the master plan and actual status of machine.

3. 跟踪型材及其他相关物料的供应情况。

Keep tracking of the supply of profile and other components.

4. 与主计划员和生产经理沟通产品的生产情况，并在必要情况下调整产品的生产顺序。

Communicate the situation with master planner and Production Manager, changing the production sequence if necessary.

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求knowledge and skills

★了解生产工艺和生产流程，有物料控制方面的专业知识。

Understand production process and production procedure. Have professional knowledge on material control.

★懂生产计划编制，并能够根据实际情况做相应的调整。

Understand how to work out a production plan and be able to adjust it according to the real situation.

★有使用ERP 系统的经验。

Have experience in using ERP.

★熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，特别是EXCEL。

Be proficient in using Microsoft office software, especially Excel.

4. 经验Experience

★3 年以上计划员工作经验。

Over 3 years experience as a planner

5. 个人素质Personality

★为人正直、诚实。具有强烈的责任心，具备团队合作精神，能在压力下工作，工作态度积极，能够高效率地工作。工作耐心细致。

He or she must be honesty. Have a strong sense of responsibilities; team player; be able to work under pressure; proactive and high efficient. Be patient and careful.
