职责

Responsibilities

1. 按照作业指导书对原材料、产品配件和销钉进行检验，填写检验记录。

Inspect raw material, products accessories and pins according to working instruction, and fill in check record.

2. 对检验结果跟作业指导书核对，发现问题及时向上级报告，并联系质量部进行改善。

Check the inspection results against the working instruction, and if find problem report to the CMM engineer immediately and contact quality department to improve it.

3. 所有的检验报告整理清楚，并存档。

Tidy up the original inspection records and be responsible for archiving.

4. 对出货成品进行最终审核，并做好记录。

Conduct finial audit on some finished products and make a record.

5. 负责日常使用量具的维护和保存。

Be responsible for daily measurement equipments’ maintenance.

6. 配合质量工程师进行不良品处理。

Handle the nonconforming products with the quality engineer.

7. 上级安排的其它工作。

Other tasks assigned by the superior.

◆具备 ISO9001/TS16949的基本知识。有内审员证书更佳。

Have basic knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949, and it’s better to have qualification of internal auditor.

Sapa Extrusion (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.　was established on March 8, 2003 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sapa Group Sweden.Sapa Profiles (Shanghai) was put into trial production in October 2003 and entered normal production in March 2004. Sapa Profiles (Shanghai) specializes in the production of high value components based upon extruded aluminium.
