This role is the key team member to set up new plant in Huishan District and reports to Plant General Manager. He or she shall: 1. achieve best practice, performance & profitability through the effective direction, design & development of manufacturing systems, fixtures and operational processes 2. set the direction of Futuris’ manufacturing capability, including the design and commissioning of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Control the seat manufacturing process, ensure standardized implementation Futuris manufacturing process
2. Be responsible for maintaining process documentation preparation and review, such as build report, process flowchart, process map, PFMEA, work instruction etc
3. Conduct measurement Cost/Time of each station, and work-out manufacture system for operation
4. Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization, such as WIP reduction, production yield improvement
5. Be responsible for optimizing line balance and improving output of production line
6. Coordinate the design, development and purchase of processes, capital equipment and fixtures for new projects
7. Organize Plant Layout for improvement operation system
8. Provide ongoing leadership support to daily plant activities to optimize operating results and maximize profitability
9. Ensure that all new processes & work instructions are designed and completed with the aim of ongoing compliance with ISO/QS/TS quality systems
10. Ensure compliance to internal and external policies, procedures, standards, etc.
11. Direct compliance to required regulatory policies
12. Provide effective management and development of personnel, set and monitor facility and staff goals and objectives
13. Perform periodic performance appraisals for all staff personnel. Monitor employee performance and establish relating development of facility system needs and improvements
14. Other works assigned by GM

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above in Manufacturing /Engineering Discipline

Requirements：
1. 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferred in auto parts industry
2. Experience and working knowledge of managing an Engineering or Operational Site
3. Solid experience in welding and assembly
4. Proven experience developing effective customer and supplier relations
5. Excellent organizational, team and program management skills
6. Effective application of manufacturing/assembly methods, Lean and Six Sigma
7. Familiar with various levels/types of engineering systems, good on PFEMA, DFEMA
8. Effective communication skills
9. Strong Leadership Skills
10. Knowledge of Safety and Quality Systems
11. Good English skills
