JOB RESPONSIBILITY工作职责：

- Chasing outstanding receivable via telephone, email, fax and post

- Weekly overdue report and follow up, incl. action plans summary

- Monitoring and controlling sales ledgers for KA China

- Send out statements or letters

- Liaise with sales and logistics’ departments

- Reconciliation JIT delivery and invoice with customers recon. Information.

- Establishing efficient routines for credit control (customer reconciliation follow up and check, invoice list check before releasing to customer, etc.)

REPORTING汇报关系：

-Direct report line to Finance Director

Requirement要求：

- Bachelor’s Degree (or above) majored in accounting/finance related field

- At least 5 years’ experience in finance/accounting area, incl. at least 2 years’ credit control experience

- Accounting experience in automotives industry preferred

- Proactive, willing to take challenge

- Respect to deadline
