Knowledge and capabilities:

· Strong technical background in product development, prototype build and validation.

· Indepth theoretical and practical knowledge on electronic components, willing and able to learn new technologies.

· Experience with evaluating of the results of verification tests of the final products

· Knowledge of EMC, EMI &ESD, good understanding

· Have rich experiences in electronic schematic diagram analysis.Knowledge of PCBA design is preferable.

· Experiences in using electronic programming equipment and tools, familiar with different programming interfaces and buses etc. I2C.

· Knowledge of a certification system for the electronics, knowledge of CE and FCC

· Good at communicating both in written or oral English.

· Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

· Familiar with product development and project introduction process.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for;

Technical analysis, evaluation and validation for electrical part during the whole product design/introduction process

· Analyze the product technical specification, make corresponding requirement specification.

· Setup preliminary engineering BOM and responsible for the update and modification.

· To communicate with corresponding department on part sourcing, quality insurance etc.

· Technical inspection and validation of product and part drawing.

· Test Equipment (Design & Maintenance) for the Production for PE Products

· Support SQE and sourcing on technical related issues if necessary.

· Technical support to marketing and sales.

Prototype build, validation and verification of new product

· Coordinate with souring and quality to ensure availability of material used for prototype build .

· Validate product design by prototype build with the help of technician and contact with supplier(through purchasing department) and customer for material and specification issues respectively.

· Troubleshooting of technical issues arose during the prototype build.

· Technical verification of the prototype together with the customer.

· Engineering BOM modification and update

Support on production test system setup and maintenance

· Search and model selection of test equipment used in the production test system.

· Development of fixture and tools used in production test system.

· Test station setup.

· Test system troubleshooting and maintenance.
