RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Marketing Director to ensure all marketing activities managing smoothly

*Propose media delivery plan and arrange the image/text posted in different media channels according to confirmed Marketing Plan,

*Assist Marketing Director to communicate/collaborate with Media, Industrial Association on writing of press release and presence of industrial event so as to promote company image-building.

* Co-Work closely with Sales /Product Department/Engineering on product communication material such as brochures design/ Product catalogue /new product introduction/promotion as well as phase in program.

*Involve product marketing activities and take marketing initiatives in the areas of organization/coordination of Exhibition, road shows, seminar/workshop

/open house etc. Manage and coordinate with vendors to support the marketing events.

* Highlight/Collect marketing info and industrial statistics, analyze marketing share /business trend and provide regular marketing report in English as well as Chinese.

*Execute marketing program for both internal (worldwide and regional scheme) and external (collaborative/industrial related) under the supervision of Marketing Director.

*Develop regional local language Website accordance with the worldwide company format.

Qualifications:

Degree: University degree or equivalent above. (Diploma if possessing decent working experience can be considered)

Experience: At least 2years marketing experiences, working for MNC is preferred. Experienced from Printing Industrial is a plus.

Languages: Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese.

IT-knowledge: Proficiency PC skills in Windows and MS Offices/ Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Soft skills: Able to work under pressure, Passionate with can-do and positive attitude; Self-motivated with team working spirit; Excellent interpersonal skills of good communication and negotiation; Ability of analyses and solving complex situation
