- 支持与处理涉及物流,产品报价选型,采购,技术规范等销售活动
- 管理控制交日期和与商务,技术协议
- 处理客户订单
- 为客户提供支持与服务
- 维护并改善发展客户关系
- 积极推进公司产品的销售
- 协助销售工程师,产品应用工程师,共同拓展新客户
- 发现新项目机会,开拓新市场
- 完善整理保管客户档案
- 市场信息收集与分析
- 特定项目的跟进与维护
- 负责指定客户的维护与服务
- 为客户提供技术建议
任职要求:
- 机械背景优先考虑
- 可独立工作
- 可用英文交流沟通
- 擅长沟通,有责任心与团队意识
- 有销售支持经验优先考虑
- 熟悉机械零部件产品优先
Job Description:
- Smooth and fast processing of the following sales activities including the corresponding documentation plus clarification with and co-ordination of all involved parties, e.g. ELC or procurement
o offer handling: generation and follow up
o order handling: logistics, technical specifications etc.
- Control and securing of delivery dates and terms
- Claim handling including credits notes
- Generation of commercial calculations based on the customer’s requirements
- Processing of all written and verbal (phone calls) inquiries
- Active and frequent customer care and support
- Develops strong relation to customer’s purchasing department
- Operates well with procurement, ELC, PAE, SAE and A+P Business Units
- Sells actively the defined product group
- Support acquisition of new customers
- Identification of new businesses/market potentials
- Ensures complete and well arranged customer files
- Collects and reports on market information, e.g. competitors, suppliers
- Particular project related tasks on demand
- Input for the product assortment management
- Responsible for assigned customers
- To solve the problem on customer site when needed
- Provides customer with basic technical advise
Requirements:
- Mechinical engineering backgroud preferred
- Can work independently and be on business trips when needed
- Can communiate in English
- Good communiation skills, be responsible and a team worker
- Experience in sales suppotr is one plus
- Be familar with mechenical components is one advantage
