职位描述
Purpose Of Job:
· Secure ongoing sales revenue and service customers for all sales related activity
· Key contact window for customers and their ODMs, sub-contractors in China
Major Responsibilities And Authority:
1. Develop and maintain long-term relationship with the existing key customers
a) Keep track of sales contracts and accounts receivable
b) Responsible for forecast of orders to secure ongoing business
c) Commercial negotiation with customers
2. Handling customer requirement effectively
a) Support CS, PM, Finance to Ensure smooth process of all orders/deliveries/invoices processing
b) Prepare sales forecast, sales reporting
c) Benchmarking on our competitors
d) Provide reports/presentations related to, sales performance and market study/analysis etc
e) Prepare quotations, contracts for customers and handling with Law department for customer contracts and agreements
f) Liaison with parent company/internal departments on sales related issues
g) Handling external issues with potential to effect company's position with the customers
h) Other tasks which have been given by his direct superior or the senior management
Experience Required:
· Minimum 3 years sales experience, at least 5 years working experience, preferably in the electronic/RF parts industry.
· OEM & ODM sales experience and proven track record in sales initiatives.
· Sales experience with an international company in China is of advantage.
· Extensive travel in China is expected; some international travel from time to time.
· Project management understanding and customer service experience is of advantage
Requirements:
· Self Driven & Strategic thinker with self initiative
· Account management experience.
· Ability to cooperate with internal teams, such as coordinate with PM to win new projects and run the on-going projects.
· Develop and maintain good relationships with customer base
· Secure ongoing sales revenue
· Good at Mandarin, English&Korean (spoken & written); confidence and ability to present are required.
· Have the personality and communication skills to sell to large accounts and to produce sales results with large and small customers.
· Sales personality with a good balance between a people person and task / result oriented character, able to analyze details where required to secure the business.
· Honest, Strong and stable personality
· Located in Wuxi and willing to travel
Education:
A college degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Commercial.
