一、 招聘职位：
校准工程师
主要职责：完成实验室经理分配的各项工作，在实验室或客户现场进行校准计量服务，并熟练运用公司各种软件系统出具相应的证书报告，参与实验室维护管理工作。
1．毕业于光电, 电学，光学，机械，通信工程或相关理工专业；
2． 注重工作细节和工作质量；
3． 能熟练运用英语进行口语及书面交流；
4． 拥有以下相关技术经验优先考虑：
光学类：单模、多模光插回损测量仪；光功率计； 波长计；光网络测试仪；光模块；光功率探头；光学频谱分析仪；光源
电学类：网络分析仪；V型网络仪；示波器；信号发生器；函数发生器；功率计；功率探头；任意波形发生器；脉冲发生器；
数据采集器；万用表；电源；IF/RF网络分析仪；频谱分析仪；阻抗分析仪；LISN；负载终端；绝缘测试仪；
手腕静电测试仪；表面电阻测试仪；C-V表；LRC表；DVM；IFR信号发生器；计数器

温度，机械类：温湿度计；温湿度箱；无纸记录仪；离心机；电子天平；砝码；气压表；卡尺、百分表、千分表


二、薪资福利：
1. 待遇面议。福利参照国家规定，缴纳五险一金（医疗保险，失业保险，工伤保险，生育保险及住房公积金）。
2. 补贴：每月午餐补贴200元，出差根据出差地不同会有相应补贴。
3. 年底提供第13个月薪水。公司每年年底有绩效考核，根据绩效增加工资涨幅。
4. 双休，节假日按照国家规定放假。

JOB TITLE: CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN
REPORTS TO: LAB MANAGER

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Calibration Technician of Micro Precision Calibration (Wuxi)Co., Ltd. (MPC) shall be responsible in performing calibration and repair services on customer's equipments.

JOB DESCRPTION:

1. Participates in the development of departmental policies, goals and objectives.
2. Performs receiving, inspection and cleaning of equipments including encoding and tracking on equipment entry system.
3. Responsible on calibrations/repairs in one or more of the following skill areas, as applicable.
- bio-med instrumentation
- electronic standards
- fiber optics
- LCR and impedance
- Nuclear and radiation physics
- Oscilloscopes
- Particle counters
- Photo/radiometric optometry
- RADAR
- RF/microwave power, frequency, and impedance
- Sound pressure level
- Spectrophotometry (including standards)
- Spectrum and network analysis, time interval and frequency
- Vibration
- Video
- Voltage & current
- Waveform analysis, phase and distortion
4. Communicates SCP status to non-technical personnel; regularly interacts with other technicians, CSRs and Purchasing; sometimes interacts with customers
5. Acts on important opportunities as they arise; acts with a minimum of planning; translates ideas into actions; works quickly; enthusiastic about assignments and encourages colleagues to also be excited about their work.
6. Acts ethically and honestly, identifies others whose behavior is not in line with the organization's convictions; follows instructions accurately and in a timely manner, taking responsibility for assigned tasks and completing them as expected.
7. Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Have experience in calibration of Electronic and / or Mechanical Test and Measurement Equipment and Metrology
2. Have high attention to details and Quality
3. Must have good communication skills
4. Graduate of any Engineering or Technical Course
5. Electronic / Mechanical Repair Skills a plus
