  Job Responsibilities: 

1. Ensure that all test equipment is well controlled.
2. Ensure cost consistently meets per operation requirements.
3. Generate PM & calibration specification for new equipment and update if need.
4. Generate operation specification for new equipment and update if need.
5. Work out safety inventory quantity of spare parts to make sure no shortage of them.
6. Train technicians to improve their working skills.
7. Promote morale and team spirit among fellow employees and maintenance group.
8. Maintain consistent standard of conduct and discipline in operation.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned or required by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma and above , major in Mechanical , Electronic Engineering

2. Capable of analyze & resolve machine issue and working knowledge of different techniques of root cause analysis

3. Good understanding of principles and concepts in own technical area (major in electronics)

4. English communication capabilities
