Job Responsibilities: 
1. New product, new program, new tester, new loadboard qualification and release to production.
2. Review customer spec& generate related specification, ECN, working instructions etc for production.
3. Establish test Instruction based on customer requirement and deployment to production.
4. Create test golden units and master devices for machine set up and verification.
5. Release customer load board &schematics to production.
6. Train next level eng/tech/op to improve their work skills
7. Daily monitoring on testing KPIs (Yield/Hold lots etc) and take immediate actions to meet customer requirements.
8. Regular yield analysis and yield enhancement.
9. Work with customer on debug& test solution optimization
10. Initiate continuous quality improvement.
11. Submit regular reports per customer requirement.
12. Maximize labor productivity though skill up& planning.
13. Initiate utilization improvement & cost reduction actions

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics engineering or equivalent.
2. Understanding of IC test processes & test fundamentals.
3. General programming skills on VB, C++ etc & familiar with linux or unix environment.
4. Familiar with the ATEs from Teradyne, Advantest and Credence etc.
5. Familiar with handlers and interface such as SeikoEpson, Multitest ,Delta, Hontech ,Chroma etc.
6. Fluent in English communication and good writing skills.
7. Effective communication and office software skills.
8. Knowledge of Engineering Analysis (DoE, ESDA, JMP).
9. Good problem solving skill.
