职位描述
Job Description / Responsibilities:
1. Build up training system: training policy, procedure and tools
2. Analyze and consolidate training needs and source training program and implement annual training plan, figure out budget and optimze training process to align with Business development
3. Develop and Implement career planning system, policies and procedures, which should well balance between the personal aspirations and company views; Setting up corporation culture work;
4. Provide solution to foster self-study culture in the organization. Establish and maintain business staff technical training system and ensure all training records and training facilitation process are align with requirements;
5. Involved in identifying core talents through building up competency module and develop / search customized courses to fix the gap. Develop career development plan for the staff according to HQ guideline;
6. Build up talent pool and Core position replacement plan
7 Training internal trainer and responsible for most of company internal training;
8. Report training program evaluation result & provide improvement suggestions to HR manager;
9. Monitor training database & communication, Manage external training vendor incl: contracting, contents, trainers & pricing, etc;
10.Other HR tasks assigned by line manager
Job Required:
1. Bachelor degree in management or equivalent major in Education, business administration, etc
2. 6-8 years'relevant working experience of human resources, at least 5 years' in training & development function; TTT experience is preferred.
3. Comprehensive interpersonal and presentation skills, interested in develop people
4. Strong influencing and problem solving skills
5. Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
6. Good English language ablility in reading, writing and speaking
7. Able to travel
8. Ability to work under pressure
