1.Ability to design, develop, implement and improve processes that include people, materials, information, equipment

2.Interfaces with design engineering or transition departments in co-coordinating the release of new products.
3.Develop & maintain sequence of operation, work instruction in the manufacture of fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final Integration.
4.Implement Engineering Change Notifications/Orders (ECN/O).
5.Maintain records and reporting systems for co-ordination of manufacturing operations
6.Written and verbal English communication skills are required
7.Ability to work independently on specific engineering projects.
8.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all functions within the organization.

- Preferred
- Wafer handling equipment work experience.
- Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and/or Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience
- Troubleshooting experience
- NPI experience
