工作内容:
1. Be responsible for managing high/low tension station & HVAC system & air-compressor system & central vacuum system.
2. Plan and coordinate facility system trouble shooting, improvement or modification it.
3. HVAC system repairment & improvement.
4. Training of technicians in BA system & CDA system & electrical auto-control system.
5. Set up related facility document.
任职资格:
◆ 教育背景: College education or above, major in mechanical & electrical or HVAC
◆ 培训经历: Have high tension electrical credentials
◆ 经验: At least 5 years working experience in facility management.
High motivation level and self-initiative required
◆ 技能技巧: Ensure and maintain an effective and preventive maintenance system Good command of both spoken and written English required
Be family with CAD & office software
