1) 1年以上独立机加工操机经验，有数控车床，加工中心操机经验优先，熟悉Muratec,OKUMA, Doosan机床优先

2） 熟悉机加工成型刀片，安装，拆卸，刀杆运用，对刀等作业流程

3） 基本的钳工知识和技能，能独立使用钻床，砂轮机，角磨机，手枪钻等工具

4） 刀具，夹具等的仓库管理， 控制合理库存，消耗记录和跟踪，异常问题跟踪和及时反馈

5） 刀具，夹具等得日常维护，检查；更换易损件，损坏更新和维修等

6） 机器，设备的基本维护知识和技能
