【Job Description】

1.Responsible for the RF passive product development，

2.Responsible for the passive design for the communication system product。

3.Design of filter, duplexer, combiner, attenuator, antenna parts, RF front, subsystem and RRU,

4.Perform the product prototype design, product transferring process and optimization process,

5.Work with the manufacturing department reducing the cost and enhancing the product reliability,

6.Technical support for the sales department,

7.Technical support for the production line and process control.

【Skills and Requirements】

1.BS in communication, and electrical engineering, or related field,

2.3 years or above work experience, WOFE or JV work experience is preferred,

3.Has strong RD capability in RF design, module and front end,

4.Written technical reports, published papers or patents preferred,

5.Familiar with the communication industry and communication equipment product principle,

6.Familiar with the RD process, product development process, and values high quality products and work environment,

7.Good English reading and writing skills, oral communication skill is a plus,

8.A good solid team player with high integrity,

9.Good communication skill and is willing to work with the fast growing environment
