职位描述
1. Develops project goals and objectives to complete complex or major engineering projects by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. Ensures that projects meets schedule, cost results, and technical expectations through effective project leadership.
2. Applies and leads continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing operations in critical and/or high impact areas of production.
3. Prepares or directs preparation of product or system layout and detailed drawings and schematics through coordination with Designers, Drafters, or other Engineers, or through the use of engineering computer-aided design systems.
4. Frequent formal and informal customer interface to present program status may propose and/or negotiate engineering, process, or material changes. Gains customer confidence in overall manufacturing support of customer programs.
5. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning staffing and resources, and reviewing bids from outside contractors.
6. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards completing technical studies preparing cost estimates. Confirms product performance and/or improved operational capacity and efficiency by designing and conducting tests.
7. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications calculating time requirements sequencing project elements. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
8. Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses. Analyzes proposed changes in methods and materials for cost and quality impacts.
9. Shares specialized knowledge with others may serve as functional expert. Represents company on specific projects. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10.Consistently applies established engineering practices, standards and documentation methods.
11.May provide leadership to others in team. Establishes goals and objectives required to complete projects. Shares specialized knowledge with others. Trains and mentors less experienced employees.
12.Represents company on high-level projects. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work assignments may include cross-functional or project team responsibilities (e.g. continuous improvement).

任职要求
1. Bachelors degree (BS) in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical discipline.
2. Familiar with AC/DC synchronous and asynchronous motor theory.
3. Extensive experience in motor design and manufacturing is required. Can do some electro-magnetic calculation for normal motor via professional program.
4. Familiar with AC/DC drive, can install and test it In practical application.
5. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through3 years of related experience.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of engineering theories, including Mechanical, Electronic, packaging, and/or optics or related engineering theories, principles, industry practices, concepts, techniques, regulations, and policies.
7. Ability to apply and integrate knowledge of other related engineering areas or experts to own area of expertise.
