Job Title: Sales Manager Greater China
Work location: Shanghai,China
Report to: Regional Sales Director


The Sales Manager has an operational role in supporting the sales force focusing on sales development and day to day sales activities.
SM reports to a the Regional Sales Director.
SM is responsible for managing the sales force in his/her area of responsibility and development and implementation of all sales activities.


Key performance areas/Responsibilities:
?Sales development and implementation of agreed sales plans
?Sales forecasts and budget,including organizational expenses follow up to meet cost budget targets
?Resourcing (hire,develop and retain) in agreement with Sales Director
?Managing external and internal Sales resources
?Provide service and support infrastructure
?Performance management and personal development plans for the sales team in co-operation with Sales Director and local HRA
?Compensation and benefits in co-operation with Sales Director and local HRA
?Local governance and business culture info
? Ensure proper use of S_LP*concept to promote SHM value offering,monitor sales activities, performance and progress to achieve agreed sales and profitability targets
?Promote use of SMS
?Other duties as assigned


Job Qualification:
Education & Experience:
? Bachelor's degree (B.A.)from four year college or university; or Advanced Degree and 5-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
? Fluent in English and Mandarin both verbal and written,with the ability to effectively present information to customer top management,public groups,and/or boards of directors.
