Job Scope:-
1. Identifying potential suppliers
a) Search the suitable suppliers from international or relation people base on product characteristic
b) Check the supplier base information, location, size, major products and machine
c) Keep the record as potential supplier

2. On site audit supplier, leading, coordinating, and overall rating of the Supplier Technical Assessment
a) Material capability
b) Supplier machine capacity, size range and dimension precision
c) Project and product development capability
d) Plating sub-contractor capability

3. Overall supplier assessment and suggest approved suppliers

4. Perform RFQ/samples/first order of special parts and general standard parts, including standard screws, nuts etc.


5. Distribution, receipt, and evaluation of benchmark quotes from suppliers
a) Release RFQ to current or potential suppliers base on product process
b) Get quote from more suppliers, especially large project
c) Evaluate the quote and send to sales

6. Communication with sales on technical, material/surface treatment or relation issue

7. Release samples order to supplier and follow up the samples delivery and quality
a) Must follow up FAI and new part flow chart
b) Align RFQ, PSM and supplier drawing

8. Release first & mass production order to supplier and follow up delivery and quality , and supplier purchasing allocation according to supplier performance .

9. Completion reports of departmental and corporate management required
