Report to: Training Supervisor

Summary:

Assist superior to optimize company training system, maintain labor relations and propagand enterprise culture.

Responsibilities:

1) Conduct orientation training to new employees, including training arrangement, implementation & effectiveness elavaluation, as well as training record maintenance;

2) Assist superior in training needs collection from departments, and training implementation follow-up after annual training plan finalized;

3) Provide support to internal training, including training organization ,facilities support, and record maintenance;

3) Be responsible for compulsvie special training, such as electrician,forklift etc.;

4)Assist superior in labor relations, such as Employee Commitee meeting ;

5) Be responsible for enterprise culture propaganda, e.g Wechat public account's maintenance.

Requirement:

1) Bachelor degree or above;

2) 1-2 years training function practice qualification, familiar with training process;

3) Good command of English;

4)Knowledge of Microsoft office ,professional verbal and written communication skills and well organized;

5) Carefulness, easygoing & patience,personality with high sense of responsibility, consideration.
