岗位职责：

1.负责公司招聘工作的具体实施，收集用人部门招聘需求，根据需求选择合理的渠道，负责招聘渠道的日常维护，组织、参与面试，满足用人部门的人才需求；

2.负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估； 

3.规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作； 

4.分析相关资料，进行企业人力资源诊断，并对相关政策进行完善。

任职要求：

1. 全日制专科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业； 

2. 一年以上人力资源管理经验； 

3. 熟悉国家、地方各项劳动人事法规政策； 

4. 熟练运用人力资源各大模块，擅长薪酬、绩效、激励测评、招聘等环节； 

5. 具有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力； 

6. 具有较强的语言表达能力、沟通能力及应变能力
