- For our Healthcare Sector in WUXI, we are looking for a Procurement Engineer

采购工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Carry out localization plan according procurement and quality procedure to achieve the saving target.

2. Optimize supplier base via marketing analysis, Siemens strategy to continue achieving in cost.

3. Support cross functional partners in all relevant process steps in order to improve suppliers' performance and make sure production smooth.

4. Coordinate and support CV and SLC for sourcing activities, like L4 G (local for global project, etc).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 2-3 years' experience in procurement department with some technical background (material, mechanic..).

2. University graduated, major in mechanical related.

3. Procurement specialist knowledge, and good quality and compliance consciousness .

4. Good written and oral communication skills in English are necessary

5. Basic Commercial, financial and related Law knowledge.

6. Excellent negotiation skill.

7. Analytic skills, team player, initiative of ones own / proactive.
