简述岗位的主要职责

Brief summary of the principal activities

1. Maintenance of facility and equipments

· Maintain HVAC system to support chemicals packaging

· Energy management, Initiate，plan and execute the energy saving CI project.

· Set up operating & maintenance Standard Operating Procedures for HVAC and supporting system,

· Organize and carry out daily maintenance work, ensure overall equipments are running smoothly and efficiently through establishment of maintenance strategy and implementation of preventive maintenance

· Provide professional service and cross-functional support to customers, such as training, maintenance, renovation, engineering solutions and so on

· Establish annual spare part purchasing plan and maintenance service plan

· Liaise with local authorities for media supply coordination.

2. Plant construction project

· Participate in Sigma-Aldrich Wuxi new plant construction, be responsible for all facilities to ensure that they are correctly selected, installed and validated according to Sigma-Aldrich standard and local regulations.

· Ensure all of the as-built drawings and instructions are archived correctly

Essential Job Functions：

Could include fiscal responsibility or supervisory responsibility

· Maintenance management of plant facility

· Take the responsibility of MEPI discipline engineer in Construction Engineering project

Experience:

· Over five years maintenance management experience with HVAC

· Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Semi-conduct industry experience is an advantage
