- Review and approve Distributor RFQs (Request for Quotations) as per stipulated response time as required by business needs; Maintain Distributor VPA Pricing timely and alert Distributors and OS CS of latest VPA prices/ cost downs that impact related open backlog.
- Offer prices within quote center defined Limits, utilizing Quote Analyzer
- Create and release OEM Quotations in SAP (upon need).
- Acts as a control gate to ensure price consistency globally for OffShore business. Whenever required, align with local Key Account Managers of global EMS/ OEM on contract price or transfer prices by following agreed guidelines/rules between local Key Account Manager and Global Account Managers.
- Provide Quote History with analysis incuding Sales Channel, Business Category (DC/ DF) to S&M. Support any Quote related reporting needs (eg: Repetitive Quotes alert).
- Train & mentor any new Quote Centre personnel on OS Quote Centre processes, compliant procedures and working instructions.
- Participate actively in OS Global Quote Process improvements in OS systems (eg: SAP & NEO &CRONOS), and Quote related Projects/ Improvements if any
- When needed, perform system testings for any Quote related processes, working closely with related departments to ensure overall system objectives are met.
- Ensure database maintenance of Price Confirmation proof in common Drive in support of Audits.

- Bachelor degree, 6 to 7 years BA or relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP, BW Reporting
- Analytical, Systematic and Methodical. Process Oriented. Moderate to high tolerance to stress.
- Proficient in English
