职位描述：
- Responsible for qualified supplier deliveries in PAP China
- Responsible for supplier development
- Responsible for managing SQM team members over unit borders
- Reporting in matrix to Valmet China Quality Manager
- Ensure supplier ownership approach is fully implemented and working well (over unit borders). This covers supplier improvement, QA and QC
- Ensure processes, WTO, templates are unified in all units: Examples are: supplier development process, DQC planning, kick off meetings, process inspections, final inspections
- Ensure Valmet Supplier Registry contains only qualified suppliers for correct categories. (This includes supplier auditing/evaluation, proactive cooperation with purchasing units regarding supplier selections and new supplier sourcing [if requested])
- Cooperate with workshop, procurement, project management, engineering and other departments to ensure smooth cooperation
- Training of expertise to other team members
- Hands-on QA/QC work when special expertise is needed
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior
- Understands and strictly follows Companys Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

任职要求：
- Bachelor or Master Degree from University
- Mechanical Engineering or similar background, 10+ years working experience in quality or development of manufacturing. Supplier quality background is an advantage
- Strong Management skills
- Strong knowledge with welding, machining and other manufacturing processes and inspection methods.
- Strong ability to read technical drawings
- Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers and other departments
- Have awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 -systems
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Good computer skills
- Ready to travel frequently
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and always looking forward for continuous improvement
